Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Gridiron HQ provides college-football schedules, scores, statistics, rankings, model predictions, and optional Premium subscription features. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use Gridiron HQ and how that information is handled.

1. Information Gridiron HQ processes

Subscription and purchase information

Gridiron HQ uses RevenueCat to provide and verify Premium subscription access. RevenueCat may process an anonymous App User ID, purchase history, product and entitlement status, transaction or receipt information, last-seen information, and basic technical information about the device or operating system.

Gridiron HQ does not require a named user account for its current iOS subscription experience. RevenueCat therefore generates an anonymous identifier for the app installation unless that architecture changes in a future version.

Technical request information

When the app communicates with Gridiron HQ servers, normal network and server information may be processed, such as IP address, request time, app or device information sent with the request, requested endpoint, and error or security information. This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the service.

Information stored on your device

Gridiron HQ may store app preferences and feature state locally on your device, including selections or progress for features such as Beat the Model. Local app data is used to provide the feature and generally remains on the device unless a feature specifically requires server communication.

Information we do not intentionally collect

The current version of Gridiron HQ does not require your name, mailing address, contacts, precise location, health information, or advertising identifier to provide its core functionality. Gridiron HQ does not currently include third-party advertising SDKs.

2. Payments

Purchases and subscription billing are processed by Apple through the App Store. Gridiron HQ does not receive or store your full credit-card number, bank-account credentials, or other complete payment-card details.

Apple provides transaction information needed to complete and manage an in-app purchase. RevenueCat processes purchase and receipt information so Gridiron HQ can verify entitlements, restore purchases, prevent subscription-access errors, and measure subscription performance.

3. How information is used

4. Service providers and data sharing

Gridiron HQ uses service providers only as needed to operate the app and its subscription features. These may include:

Gridiron HQ does not sell or rent personal information. The current app does not use personal information for cross-app advertising tracking and does not serve third-party behavioral advertisements.

5. Retention and deletion

Gridiron HQ retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and comply with legal obligations relating to the service.

Because Gridiron HQ currently uses anonymous subscription identifiers rather than named user accounts, there may be no Gridiron HQ account profile associated with you to delete. You may nevertheless request deletion of information under Gridiron HQ's control by contacting support below. Some transaction records may need to remain with Apple, RevenueCat, or other service providers where retention is legally or operationally required.

6. Your choices

You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple account. Deleting the Gridiron HQ app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

You can use Restore Purchases inside Gridiron HQ to ask Apple and RevenueCat to restore an eligible purchase.

For a privacy-access or deletion request, contact Gridiron HQ support. We may need enough information to locate the relevant anonymous subscription record while avoiding collection of unnecessary identifying information.

7. Children's privacy

Gridiron HQ is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child was collected in a manner requiring parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete or otherwise address that information.

8. Security

Gridiron HQ uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information transmitted through the service. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Third-party privacy policies

Apple, RevenueCat, hosting providers, and content providers may process information under their own privacy policies. Gridiron HQ expects service providers handling user information on its behalf to provide protections appropriate to the information they process.
